Nemberala is an Indonesian Desa ("village") in the district ( Kecamatan ) Rote Barat ( administrative district Rote Ndao , province east Nusa Tenggara ) on the island Roti .

Geography and inhabitants

Nemberala is located in the south of the Rote Barat district, the administrative seat of which it is also. In 2010 there were 1,035 people in Nemberala.

tourism

Nemberala is a quiet fishing village, with white sandy beaches. Surfers find big waves here, especially between June and August. During this time there are many tourists in the place.
