Nessbeal (* 16th August 1978 in Boulogne-Billancourt as Nabil Selhy ) is a French rapper of Moroccan origin. He is also known under the pseudonyms Ness and NE2.S

biography

Nessbeal was born in Boulogne-Billancourt, but spent most of his childhood in Villiers-sur-Marne . As the oldest child in a family of ten immigrants, he quickly learned to take on responsibility.

He made his first experiences as a rapper at the age of 12. He founded the mid-90s with Koryas and Zesau the crew Dicidens with which he brought out in 1997 the first single. Through the friendship with Booba , the group around Nessbeal also appeared at the side of the rap duo Lunatic , to which Booba belonged. As a result, the popularity of Dicidens in the Parisian underground increased rapidly.

Nessbeal was able to present himself to national audiences for the first time in 2001 when he gave a feature on Booba's debut album Temps mort . The single Les rues de ma vie for the film Taxi 3 also made its popularity soar. But he made his final breakthrough in 2004 when he can be heard on the one hand on Booba's single Baby and on the other hand delivered a successful album with Dicidens.

The rapper, who is now in demand, then signed with the Nouvelle Donne label , which released his first solo album La mélodie des briques in 2006 . Due to the great success, a limited edition followed in the winter of the same year, on which some new tracks could be found. After another soundtrack for Taxi 4 , Nessbeal released his second album Roi sans couronne in spring 2008 , which promptly entered the top 20 of the charts. Nessbeal did not rest on his success, but released the next street album RSC sessions perdues less than a year later .
