history
In 1991 the Finnish company Neste Oil founded the Lithuanian- Finnish joint venture "Litofinn Service" together with the Lithuanian companies " Lietuvos kuras " ( AB ) and " Mažeikių nafta " (AB) . Two years later, the company "Neste Oil Lt" ( UAB ) was founded in Vilnius . After "Litofinn Service" was connected to "Neste Oil Lt" in 1996, the company was renamed "Neste Lietuva" (UAB) one year later.
