New journal for labor law (1921–1933)

The Neue Zeitschrift für Arbeitsrecht (1921–1933) is a legal journal devoted to the 'emerging new field of law' and published in the articles, decisions, book reviews, literature reviews as well as laws, ordinances and official notices.

It was founded in May 1921 by Hermann Dersch , Walter Kaskel , Friedrich Sitzler and Friedrich Syrup . Kaskel also took on the editorial work.

The Neue Zeitschrift für Arbeitsrecht was published monthly by Verlag J. Bensheimer (Mannheim, Berlin, Leipzig) until the July 1933 issue. Together with the magazines 'Arbeitsgericht' (monthly journal of the Arbeitsgerichtsverband, Berlin) and 'Arbeitsrecht' (magazine for the entire service law of workers, employees and civil servants, Stuttgart) was continued as the magazine 'Deutsches Arbeitsrecht' (Berlin) for the years August 1933 to April 1944.
