Neustädter-Markt-Brunnen
The Neustädter-Markt-Brunnen in Hanover was created by Max Sauk in 1973/74 . The facility in the center of Neustädter Markt , also known as the " table fountain ", was privately initiated and donated. It is located in front of the entrance to the Neustadt church .
The fountain takes the place of the Duve fountain, which was moved in 1953 . A 20 centimeter high wall made of pavement surrounds the ensemble made of bronze and sandstone, which consists of three tables with seating and the actual fountain with gargoyles and bronze fruits. On the side of the gargoyle there is the option of attaching taps and guiding beer lines through empty pipes, so that water-cooled beer can also be tapped during operation.
