Ng Teng Fong

Ng Teng Fong ( Chinese  黃廷芳 , Pinyin Huáng Tíngfāng ; * 1928 ; † February 2, 2010 ) was a Singaporean entrepreneur .

Life

Ng moved to Singapore from China at a young age. There he founded various companies ( Far East Organization and Sino Land ), particularly in the real estate sector, and rose to become one of the most important real estate owners in Singapore. According to US Forbes magazine , he was one of the richest people in Singapore before his death. Ng was married and lived in Singapore. His oldest son is the entrepreneur Robert Ng .
