Nickel sulfide
Nickel sulfide is the incomplete name of several chemical compounds between the elements nickel and sulfur :
- Nickel (II) sulfide (NiS, most common form, therefore often synonymous with nickel sulfide)
- Trinickel disulfide (Ni 3 S 2 )
- Nickel disulfide (NiS 2 , sometimes incorrectly referred to as nickel (IV) sulfide )
- Dinickelsulfid (Ni 2 S)
- Tri-nickel tetrasulfide (Ni 3 S 4 )
- Hexanickel pentasulfide (Ni 6 S 5 )
