Nicolás Palma (* in Argentina ) is a former Argentine football player in the position of defender who worked as a coach after his active career .
career
Palma played for Estudiantes de La Plata from 1939 to 1945 and for the Racing Club from 1946 to 1951 , with which he won the Argentine football championship three times in a row between 1949 and 1951 . In addition, Palma completed six international appearances (no goal) for the Argentine national team between 1945 and 1947 , with whom he won the Copa America twice ( 1945 and 1947 ) .
Palma later worked as a coach and won the Mexican cup competition with the Mexican club CD Tampico in the 1960/61 season .
