Nicola Sautter
Nicola Sautter (born April 13, 1969 in Hamburg ) is a German nutritionist, bestselling author, TV health expert, alternative practitioner and physiotherapist. Nicola Sautter became known through the Welleat nutrition concept she developed and through the TV programs "Besser Essen", " Galileo " (both Pro7 ), Sat.1 breakfast television, BR press talk and the RTL II documentary film "Adventure Africa" . Since January 2011 Nicola Sautter has been moderating the program “In Balance” on HSE24 .
