Nicolai Groß (born February 3, 1990 in Karlsruhe ) is a German soccer player . He has been playing for FC-Astoria Walldorf since summer 2013 .

Career

After he was a regular player at FC-Astoria Walldorf in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg in the 2009/10 season , Groß went to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim . At Hoffenheim he was only used in the second team playing in the regional soccer league . In his first season in Hoffenheim he got only a few appearances. The following season he played 27 of 34 games and was the club's top scorer with 14 goals. In the summer of 2012 he moved to the third division club 1. FC Heidenheim on a free transfer . In the first half of the 2012/13 season, Groß suffered an inflammation of the pubic bone , which forced him to take a break of several months. In January, Groß was loaned by the Stuttgarter Kickers until the end of the season. He then moved back to Walldorf in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg, since the 2014/15 season in the Southwest Regional Football League.
