The low road is a road in Trier in the district Ehrang-Quint . It runs as an extension of Oberstraße along the eastern edge of the district and merges seamlessly into Quinter Straße. The street is part of the main axes of the district and is a one-way street . It is also the district's main shopping street.

The name of the street is derived from the former Niedertor of the city of Ehrang. The building erected in 1576 was abandoned in 1873.

There are a total of ten cultural monuments along the road . Many of the buildings date from the 18th and 19th centuries.
