Nigel Spivey

Nigel Jonathan Spivey (born October 16, 1958 ) is a British classical archaeologist .

Spivey studied at Cambridge University , where he received his doctorate in 1985 with Robert Manuel Cook with a thesis on the Etruscan Micali painter . He taught at the University of Wales, Lampeter, and is now a Fellow of Emmanuel College, teaching classical archeology at Cambridge University.
