Nii Ayikoi Otoo
Nii Ayikoi Otoo is a Ghanaian lawyer and politician. He was Justice Minister and Attorney General under President John Agyekum Kufuor in his second term from 2005 to April 2006. His successor in office was Joe Ghartey , his predecessor was Papa Owusu-Ankomah . Otoo had been appointed to office without party affiliation. Otoo studied law at the University of Ghana , including as a student of Tsatsu Tsikata .
