Nijolė Naujokienė

Nijolė Naujokienė (born October 5, 1954 in Kėdainiai ) is a Lithuanian politician, mayor of the district Kėdainiai (2005-2011).

Life

In 1981 she graduated from the Vilniaus pedagoginis institutas with a diploma in biology and education . Until 2004 she worked as an expert biology teacher (qualification) at the "Atžalynas" Middle School Kėdainiai. From 2004 to 2005 she was the administrative director of the Rajongemeinde (under Mayor Virginija Baltraitienė ) and from 2005 to 2007 and from 2007 to 2011 she was mayor, since 2011 deputy mayor.

From 1999 she was a member of Naujoji sąjunga partijos narė, from 2004 of Darbo partija , from 2006 of Pilietinės Demokratijos partija (under Viktoras Muntianas ), from 2010 again of Darbo partija.

She is married. With the husband Vytautas have the son Nerijus and the daughters Giedrė and Lina.
