Niklaus Schmid (writer)
Niklaus Schmid (born November 27, 1942 in Duisburg ) is a German writer .
After a time in the Althoff circus and as a world traveler, Niklaus Schmid has lived and worked as a freelance writer in Duisburg since 1978. He wrote travel guides (including about Mallorca , Ibiza and Formentera ), radio plays and detective novels .
