Nikolai Sergejewitsch Titow (composer, before 1750)

Nikolai Sergejewitsch Titow ( Russian: Николай Сергеевич Титов ; * before 1750; † 1776 ) was a Russian composer and writer.

Titov embarked on a military career and achieved the rank of colonel. Later he was active as a State Councilor in the civil service. He worked as a theater entrepreneur and writer and became known as the composer of three comic operas. His sons Alexei Nikolajewitsch Titow and Sergei Nikolajewitsch Titow were also composers.
