Nikolaos papazarkadas
Nikolaos Papazarkadas (born December 14, 1974 ) is a Greek classical philologist .
Life
He holds a BA from Athens University (1998) and a DPhil from Oxford University (2004). After stints at Trinity College Dublin and Oxford , he joined the Department of Classics and the Mediterranean Archeology and Ancient History Program in Berkeley in 2007 (Professor of Classics - Director of the Sara B. Aleshire Center for the Study of Greek Epigraphy). He has been a visiting fellow at Harvard (2011) and Princeton (2013). In 2014 he was made a Senior Fellow at the Center for Hellenic Studies at Harvard University.
He is mainly interested in epigraphy.
