Nikolaus Schmid (actor)
Nikolaus Schmid (born December 30, 1976 in Zurich ) is a Swiss actor .
Life
Schmid grew up in Graubünden and taught as a primary school teacher for two years after completing his studies . He was also active in smaller theater productions. Schmid quit his job for training at the Bern University of the Arts. Since 2006 he has been working as a freelance actor and speaker.
The role of Antonio Santos alias Rafael Suarez in the RTL-Dailysoap Alles Was Matters , which he embodied from 2010 to 2011, is his first television role in Germany. Prior to that, he worked in two Swiss films, "Heldin der Lüfte" and "Father, our will be done". In 2013 and 2014, Schmid was again involved in Everything that counts as Rafael Suarez until he died there in series.
Schmid is married and has a son and a daughter.
