Nicomedes III
Nicomedes III Euergetes († approx. 94 BC) was from 127 to 94 BC. The penultimate king of Bithynia .
Nicomedes was the son of Nicomedes II. He divided 106 BC. With Mithridates VI. of Pontos control over Paphlagonia , trying to compete with this, control of Cappadocia gain. On Roman objection, he had to 95 BC. To clear his conquests again. His son Nicomedes IV was by Mithridates VI. Driven twice by Pontus, but newly used by the Romans. At his death in 74 BC he bequeathed BC the Romans his empire and ends the kingdom of Bithynia.
