Nilceu Aparecido dos Santos
Nilceu Aparecido dos Santos (born July 14, 1977 in Cascavel ), nicknamed "The Flash", is a Brazilian cyclist .
One of his greatest successes was winning the Brazilian road championship in 2007. In addition, between 2005 and 2008 he was able to win the international one-day race Copa América de Ciclismo four times in a row .
