Ninghua ( Chinese  宁化县 , Pinyin Nínghuà Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Sanming in the Chinese province of Fujian . Ninghua's main town and administrative center is Cuijiang (翠 江镇). Ninghua has an area of ​​3,381.3 km² and about 316,100 inhabitants (end of 2004).
