Noel Arambulet
Noel Arambulet (born May 18, 1974 in Falcón , Venezuela ) is a former Venezuelan boxer in the straw weight .
Professional career
In 1996 he started his professional career successfully. On October 9, 1999, he boxed against Joma Gamboa for the WBA world championship and won on points. However, he lost this belt in his second title defense in August of the following year in the rematch to Joma Gamboa.
In late July 2002, Arambulet won the WBA world championship belt again when he defeated Keitarō Hoshino by majority decision. This time he defended this title three times and lost it on July 3, 2004 to Yutaka Niida by a unanimous decision on points.
In 2008 he ended his career.
