Noel Ruíz
Noel Ruíz ( Noel Ruíz Campanioni; born January 18, 1987 in Santiago de Cuba ) is a Cuban sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter run .
At the Pan American Games in Guadalajara in 2011 , he was fifth in the individual competition and won with the Cuban team in the 4-by-400-meter relay .
At the 2012 Olympic Games in London, he was part of the Cuban relay, which did not reach the finish in the final.
