Nogueira is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in northern Portugal .
Nogueira is part of the Vila Nova de Cerveira district in the Viana do Castelo district . The community had an area of 2.3 km² and 315 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Nogueira and Reboreda were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Reboreda e Nogueira .
