Nor Hakim was under contract with Hougang United in the reserve team from 2018 to 2019 . In 2019 he played once with Hougang in the Singapore Premier League . The Young Lions signed him from early 2020. The Young Lions are a U23 team that was founded in 2002. U23 national players and perspective players play in the team .
