The Young Lions are an U-23 team from the Singapore Premier League , Singapore's professional football league. The team was launched in 2002 and has been participating in the Premier League ever since. In order to give the young U-23 national players and perspective players more game practice, the FAS decided to form a team that could play in the Premier League under professional circumstances. The team and the players also report directly to the FAS.

Stadion

The club plays its home games at the Jalan Besar Stadium in Kallang . The sports facility has a capacity of 6000 spectators. The owner and operator is the Singapore Sports Council.
