Balestier Khalsa Football Club is a professional football club from the S-League , Singapore's professional league. The association emerged from a merger. At the end of the 2002 season, the Balestier Central FC and the Clementi Khalsa FC merged to form today's club.

Predecessor clubs

Balestier Central FC

The club from the Farrer Park district was founded in October 1898 under the name Fathul Karib Football Club. When they joined the unofficial National Football League in 1975, the name was changed to Balestier United. The club later played in both the Premier League and the S-League. As Balestier Central, it was also a founding member of the S-League.

The greatest success of the club was winning the cup in 1958 and 1992 and the runner-up in 1988.

Clementi Khalsa FC

Clementi was founded to represent the Sikh in the city of Singapore. In 1999 they joined the S-League. The club was based in Clementi and played its games in the stadium of the same name.
