North American Championships in Biathlon 2011
The North American Biathlon Championships 2011 were held from April 1st to 3rd of that year at the Whistler Olympic Park in Whistler , Canada .
Due to the late date in the season, almost only young athletes took part in the continental championships. There was only one participant among women. In contrast to the world or European championships, there were four youth and junior classes as well as one age group (Masters) in addition to the senior races.

At the start were ten of the eleven registered biathletes from the USA and Canada. Erik Luk was placed under IBU rule 5.6.i. disqualified. The junior race won the American Casey Smith ahead of the Canadian Antoine St-Louis.
Women
There was only one woman at the start. The American Jacquelyn Thiel won both the sprint (1-4 / 46: 19: 4 min) and the pursuit (4-2-5-4 / 1: 14: 06.6 min). She did not compete in the mass start. Juniors were not at the start.
