Noriyuki Nakayama ( Japanese 中山 典 之 , Nakayama Noriyuki ; born September 3, 1932 in Nagano Prefecture ; † February 16, 2010 ) was a professional Go player (6th Dan).

Nakayama was a student of Suzuki Goro 8th Dan. In 1962, at the age of 29, he passed the Nihon Kiin entrance examination and became a professional first-dan player. In the same year he rose to the 2nd Dan.
