Norman Becker

Norman Becker (born May 13, 1984 in Leipzig ) is a German water diver at the water diving club CitiesRegion Aachen e. V. (WSC AC). Norman Becker is a sports soldier in the German Armed Forces and now lives in the city of Würselen .

Norman Becker is one of the most successful active tower and water divers in the Federal Republic of Germany. He is a member of the national team of the German Swimming Association - diving area.

From 1993 to 1997 he was trained by Günter Tippmann, after which his father, Andreas Becker, took over this task until 2004. From 2004 to November 2010 he trained under Boris Rozenberg. Andreas Becker is currently his trainer again. Since the beginning of 2011 he has also been active as a trainer at WSC AC.

His greatest sporting successes include:

  • 3rd place at the FINA Grand Prix in Madrid - Synchron Tower,
  • 1st place at the Junior World Championships 2002 - Synchron Turm with Sascha Klein ,
  • 7 German championship titles, last time in 2008 from the tower.
