Norrie Foster
Norrie Foster (born July 23, 1944 ) is a former British decathlete and pole vaulter .
At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Kingston in 1966 , he was starting fourth in the decathlon and seventh in the pole vault for Scotland .
He was three times Scottish champion in the decathlon (1964-1966), once in the pole vault (1965) and once English champion in the decathlon (1965).
