North-West Telecom ( Russian Северо-Западный Телеком ) was a telecommunications company in Russia with headquarters in Saint Petersburg .

The majority of the shares in North-West Telecom are held by the state-owned Russian company Swjasinvest . North-West Telecom was founded on June 1, 1992.

Since April 1, 2011, the company has been a subsidiary of the all-Russian telecommunications company Rostelekom .

North-West Telecom operates in the following regions of Russia:
