Norton (Zimbabwe)
Norton is a town with 67,591 inhabitants (Census 2012) in the province of Mashonaland West in Zimbabwe . It is located about 40 km west of Harare on the road and rail line from there to Bulawayo .
On December 3, 2008, human rights activist Jestina Mukoko was abducted from her home in Norton by around 15 armed men.
