Notary assistant
The notarial assistant is a technical term for advanced training in the notarial field. You have in-depth knowledge of the most important areas of practical work. By taking the advanced training examination, knowledge and experience are proven that enable the independent preparation and handling of the most important notarial matters.
The course consists of three three-day events organized by the Rhenish Chamber of Notaries in Cologne and a two-day advanced training exam.
The prerequisites for admission are passing the final examination to become a notary's assistant or as a lawyer and notary's assistant as well as admission in principle no earlier than two years after passing the final examination or after four years for competent employees of a lawyer notary.
Ascent
The two-stage advanced training ends with the passing of the examination to become a notary specialist (the Rhineland Chamber of Notaries has together with the Koblenz Chamber of Notaries and the Saarland Chamber of Notaries ).
