from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Eppingen notary's office had been a notary's office under Baden law since the 19th century and became a notary under Württemberg law on July 1, 1974.

Until June 1974 there was a state notary's office in Eppingen under Baden law. There was also a municipal land registry. The municipal land registry was housed in the town hall and the notary's office on the upper floor of the district court at Kaiserstraße 1. As part of the 1973 district reform , the Baden notary's office in Eppingen was dissolved on June 30, 1974, and a notary's office was established under Württemberg law. The Württemberg notarial law has been in effect for Eppingen, Gemmingen and Ittlingen since July 1, 1974.

tasks

The tasks of the Baden and Wuerttemberg notaries are the same in notarial certification, in custody of wills and as probate court . However, there are differences in the following points:

1. The land register was previously kept by the city. All tasks of the municipal land registry have now been transferred to the state notary's office.

2. The guardianship and guardianship were previously ordered and supervised by the district court. The tasks of the guardianship court have been transferred to the notary's office as far as property law matters are concerned.

3. The rooms for the notary's office in the Baden legal area are provided by the state. This task has now passed to the city. She receives a grant from the state for this.

Service building

From 1974 to 1978 the notary's office remained in the former district court building, and since the beginning of 1979 the notary's office has been located in the town hall . A few years later it moved to Kleinbrückentorstraße 12.
