Nusa Manupui is an Indonesian island in the Timor Archipelago ( Lesser Sunda Islands ). It belongs to the administrative district ( Kabupaten ) Rote Ndao in the province of East Nusa Tenggara .
Nusa Manupui is located off the northeast coast of Roti Island , south of Usu Island . Nusa Manupui is uninhabited.
