OK! is a popular magazine from the rainbow press segment that appears internationally in various licensed editions . The German edition has been published weekly since February 7, 2008 in OK! Publishing house, which was a joint venture of the Klambt media group and Northern & Shell until 2012 and has since then been wholly owned by the Klambt media group.
