The Obersee is a lake near Blankensee in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .
The approximately 6.4 hectare body of water is located in the municipality of Blankensee, 1.5 kilometers south of the town center. The lake has no natural inflow or outflow. There is a swimming area on the eastern bank. The maximum extent of the Obersee is about 420 by 190 meters.
