The Supreme Administrative Court of Finland (Finnish Korkein hallinto-oikeus , Swedish Högsta förvaltningsdomstolen ) is the highest court of administrative justice in Finland . It decides on appeals against decisions of the administrative courts in Helsinki , Turku , Hämeenlinna , Kouvola , Kuopio , Vaasa , Oulu , Rovaniemi and the Åland Islands, as well as the competition court and the Finnish government (Council of State), provided it acts as the administrative authority.

The seat of the court is Helsinki . The president of the court is (since December 2012) Pekka Vihervuori .
