The upper level Foorthkamp is a joint high school established in 1969 , the Fritz-Schumacher-Schule (FSS) and the district school on Heidberg (SAH) . It is located in Hamburg in the Langenhorn district .

particularities

The location of the upper level is not integrated into the school building, as in many other schools, but is managed at an external location in a cooperation between the Fritz Schumacher School and the district school on Heidberg .

The school has a self-study center, newly built in 2016, with laptop workstations and the school library. In the learning center, students should have the opportunity to learn in peace and quiet at group and individual places.

Competitions

The school took part in the “ Jugend Debattiert ” competition in 2016 and 2017.

Civil defense system

The school has a civil defense system for up to 288 people. The civil defense system is currently empty, but is noted for use in case of need.
