The Offenau is a right backwater of the Krückau in the Pinneberg district .

It feeds from the Klein Offenseth-Bokelsesser Moor , then flows towards Branderheide and from there south through the communities of Groß Offenseth-Aspern , Klein Offenseth-Sparrieshoop and Bokholt-Hanredder , in whose Offenau district named after it the water flows into the Krückau .
