Oizumi observatory

The Oizumi Observatory ( Observatory Code 411) is a private observatory located in Ōizumi , Gunma Prefecture , Japan . Takao Kobayashi , an employee of the Oizumi Observatory, has discovered a total of well over 2000 minor planets and asteroids with his 10-inch (250 mm) telescope ; It ranks 13th in the list of explorers.
