Oleksandr Shcherbyna
Oleksandr Schtscherbyna ( Ukrainian Олександр Щербина ., English transcription Oleksandr Shcherbyna; * 25. January 1931 in Kirovohrad ) is a former Ukrainian mountaineers , who for the Soviet Union started.
In the 50 km walk he was fourth at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome and won bronze at the 1966 European Athletics Championships in Budapest.
He set his personal best of 3:57:28 h on October 17, 1965 in Alma Ata .
