Olenos is the name of several figures in Greek mythology :
- Olenos (son of Ares) , namesake of the Aetolian city (see below), father of the nymphs Helike and Aiga (Aix) , two wet nurses of Zeus
- Olenus (son of Hephaestus) , father of the nymphs Aix ( eponyms from Aigai ) and Helike in Aiolis
- Olenos (son of Zeus) , son of Zeus and the Danaide Anaxithea , eponym of the city of the same name in Achaia
- Olenos (husband of Lethaia) , was petrified with his wife Lethaia
- Olenos (father of Phokeos) , a Leleger

Olenos is also the name of several ancient Greek cities:
- Olenos (Achaia) , a town in Achaia between Dyme and Patrai, already abandoned in Hellenistic times
