Olga von Schmysingk

Olga von Schmysingk (also: von Schmysinck ) was a German actress who played theater before the First World War and who appeared in three silent films in 1918/19.

Life

Your surname indicates wealthy Westphalian landed gentry with branches across Europe. According to a note in the Archiwum Państwowe w Poznaniu , von Schmysingk was an Austrian citizen and held the title of baroness .

According to a review in the Reichenberger Zeitung on November 8, 1902, Frau von Schmysingk played in a performance of the comedy Im colorful Rock by Franz von Schönthan at the Reichenberg i. B. the role of the housekeeper Mrs. Backer. She appears on the cast lists between 1902 and 1904. According to the entry in the Berlin address book for 1919, she lived in Berlin-Wilmersdorf at Uhlandstrasse 123.
