Oli's Wilde Welt is an animal show for children produced by Südwestrundfunk and broadcast on KI.KA on Saturdays at 10:05 a.m. Oli's Wilde Welt is the follow-up series to Philipp's animal lesson .

OLI (Oskar Leopold Immergrün) would like to become king of the animals one day and of course he has to know everything about animals. How they look, where and how they live, how old they get and much more. He wants to get to know friends and enemies of animals and what they feed on. Therefore, Oli sets out to zoos, to distant countries or across the sea to learn more about seahorses, porcupines, sharks and many other animals. Oli enters his newly acquired knowledge in his Green Book - the animal lexicon.
Since September 2014, two new series of OLI's Wilde Welt have been broadcast: “The Expeditions” and “In Africa”.

Moderators
Until 2007 the show was moderated and produced in the studio. In the following episodes (produced between April 2008 to December 2012) OLI was supported by his inventor friend and roommate Tobi Tüftel, played by Jan Mixsa .

3,2,1 ... none! - The OLI quiz
From 2010 to 2014 the program was broadcast in a double pack with a spin-off . In '3,2,1 none - The OLI Quiz', the children were able to check their knowledge in a quiz format and take part in guessing.

Everything that Oli wrote in his Green Book can be read in the animal lexicon on the Internet. There are also games, an animal forum and a quiz. The website belongs to the SWR children's network .
