Oliver Venno (born May 23, 1990 in Tartu ) is an Estonian volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career

Venno started his volleyball career in 2000 because his parents also played the sport. From 2006 to 2009 he played with Tartu Pere Leib in his hometown . In addition to three national runner-up championships, he won the Estonian Cup with the club in 2008. In the 2009/10 season he not only made the Slovenian double with ACH Volley Bled , but also reached the Final Four of the Champions League . The diagonal attacker then moved to VfB Friedrichshafen and also became German champions . With the Estonian national team he took part in the European Championships in Turkey in 2009 and in Austria and the Czech Republic in 2011 .

At a young age, Venno was also successful as a beach volleyball player . With his partner Kristo Kollo he became the U18 European Champion in 2007 and a year later the duo won the U19 World Championship.
