Ondřejov u Kaplice
Ondřejov u Kaplice ( German Andreasberg in the district of Krumau ) is an abandoned place on today's military training area Boletice in the district of Okres Český Krumlov .
history
Andreasberg was a village north of Ogfolderhaid at 1006 meters above sea level in the Bohemian Forest . It belonged to the judicial district of Kalsching and was part of a parish that consisted of the villages of Blumenau, Hinterhaid, Kriebaum, Kollern, Neudörfl, Pragerstift and parts of Ratschin.
From 1674 to 1701 Andreasberg was referred to as "Steinkollern" in the Kalschingen land register. In 1728 the church was built under Prince Adam von Schwarzenberg on the "Andreas Berg" settlement, which is why the church and the village were called "Andreasberg". According to a document from the Krummau Castle Archives dated May 11, 1706, the village emerged from the "Kollerhäuserln", ie the houses of the local charcoal burners .
In 1910 Andreasberg had 209 inhabitants in 40 houses, in 1930 there were only 200 inhabitants.
After the Germans were expelled from Czechoslovakia in 1945/46, Andreasberg was hardly inhabited any more and was completely relocated from 1947 onwards. After the entire area around Andreasberg had been cleared of the civilian population in 1949, the almost complete demolition of all villages and the construction of the Boletice military training area began .
