Ondrej Krištofík (born September 10, 1966 in Bratislava ) is a former Slovak football player.

Career

Krištofík started his professional career in 1989 at ŠK Slovan Bratislava , with whom he became Czechoslovak champion in 1992. For the 1994/95 season, the midfielder moved to the Czech league for Slavia Prague and became Czech champions in 1996. He left Slavia after the championship season and moved to Israel to Hapoel Petach Tikwa . After a total of four years abroad, Krištofík returned to Slovakia and played one season for Spartak Trnava . At the age of 33 he moved again to Slavia Prague, but was only used in the B team between 1999 and 2001. Then Krištofík went to lower class SK Hořovice, where he ended his career in 2003.

National team

Krištofík played six times for Czechoslovakia . The offensive player made his debut on January 30, 1991, when the ČSFR defeated Australia 1-0 by scoring a goal. In the 1991 calendar year, the midfielder was used four times, his last appearance in the dress of Czechoslovakia had Krištofík on May 27, 1992, his team lost to Poland in Jastrzębie Zdrój with 0: 1.
