One (Frankfurt am Main)
The One is a skyscraper under construction in the Europaviertel in Frankfurt am Main . The 190 meter high hotel and office tower is due to be completed in 2021. The skyscraper is part of the Skyline Plaza building complex.
Planning and construction
In 2014, the Frankfurt office of Meurer Architecture and Urban Planning won the competition for the new high-rise building on the site of the former freight station. The cost of the building is estimated at over 330 million euros. Preparatory construction work began in the summer of 2017. The foundation stone was laid in October 2018. Completion is planned for 2021.

Areas for offices, a hotel and a conference center are planned in the building. The hotel will have 375 rooms and will be operated by the NH Hotel Group . Around 1,000 square meters are planned for the conference center. In addition, a public bar with a surrounding roof terrace at a height of 185 meters is planned on the 48th floor.
While the hotel and conference area is to occupy the first 14 floors, the 15th and 16th floors are planned as coworking areas. In the areas above, 42,000 square meters of office space should be available.
